01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and p2828 ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the p2828 online casino platform, including all games, features, and services available at https://p2828.cam.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or playing any game on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the p2828 platform and close your account.

02 Eligibility Requirements

03 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account at p2828. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. It is your responsibility to update this information if it changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, p2828 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, or UMID);
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months);
• A selfie holding your ID and a handwritten note with the current date.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (₱500 to trigger the welcome bonus);
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500;
• Daily withdrawal limit: ₱50,000 for unverified accounts, ₱500,000 for verified accounts;
• Maximum single deposit: ₱100,000 per transaction (may vary by method).

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed according to the following rules:

• The full name on your p2828 account must match the name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours; most GCash and Maya withdrawals complete in 5–15 minutes;
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings;

4.4 Refund Policy

Deposits that have been wagered cannot be refunded. Refunds are only considered for technical errors — for example, deposits made in error that were never credited to your account. In such cases, contact support immediately with the transaction reference.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotions at p2828 are subject to the following general rules:

• Each bonus is available once per player, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses apply only to new deposits — existing balances do not qualify;
• Players must be fully KYC verified to receive certain bonuses and to withdraw any bonus winnings;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted;

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, typically 15x the bonus amount for the welcome offer. This means you must place bets totaling 15 times the bonus value before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings.

Game contribution toward wagering requirements varies by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution;
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10–20% contribution;
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution on qualifying markets;

5.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While actively using bonus funds, the maximum bet per spin or hand is ₱400. Betting above this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire if unused within the specified period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

p2828 reserves the right to withhold bonuses or close accounts engaged in:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit bonus mechanics;
• Exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus systems;
• Depositing and immediately requesting withdrawal without playing (a.k.a. "bonus hunting");
• Betting on both sides of the same event to manipulate wagering contributions.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered at p2828 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and fishing arcade games — are governed by their own specific rules, which are available within each game or on the respective game page.

By playing at p2828, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing labs;
• Live dealer outcomes reflect the real-time results of physical dealing at authorized studios;
• Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted within 7 days of the game taking place;
• p2828's decision on any game dispute is final and binding.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting game outcomes, p2828 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund players accordingly. Winnings resulting from software bugs, glitches, or misreported odds are not payable.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p2828 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account per person;
• Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to automate betting;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with our security systems;
• Transferring, selling, or sharing accounts with other persons;
• Placing bets on behalf of another player for commercial gain;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or cashback offers through systematic exploitation;
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent regional restrictions.

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in:

• Immediate and permanent account closure;
• Forfeiture of all account balances and bonus funds;
• Referral to law enforcement authorities;
• Legal action for damages, fraud, or breach of contract.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

p2828 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months;
• Voluntary self-exclusion request from the player;
• Legal or regulatory requirements from PAGCOR or other authorities.

When an account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance or bonus funds may be forfeited. In cases of voluntary closure or termination without cause, remaining balances may be returned to the player following successful KYC verification and completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

09 Limitation of Liability

p2828 provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the platform;
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, or services;
• Fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

In no event shall p2828, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use our services;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside our reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party providers, including game developers and payment processors.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the p2828 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game software, source code, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of p2828 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from p2828;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content;
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without written permission;
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any part of our platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

11 Responsible Gaming

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila.
